Meet Starr – RAPV’s 2026 Mascot!

RAPV is thrilled to introduce Starr, our 2026 Mascot and winner of Petapalooza 2025! At just a year and a half old, Starr has a remarkable gift for connecting with neurodiverse children, bringing comfort, calm, and joy. She proudly follows in the pawprints of her 26-year-old sister, Lena, who has spent her life supporting neurodiverse children and veterans.
