REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley Announces 2025 General Election Endorsements

The REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV) is proud to announce its endorsements for the 2025 General Election. Following a thorough candidate interview process conducted by the RAPV Government Affairs Committee, the association has endorsed the following candidates for State House and Senate races:

  • Ed Nunez – Springfield City Council, Ward 5
  • Jose Delgado – Springfield City Council, At-Large
  • Juan Latorre III – Springfield City Council, At-Large
  • LaTonia Monroe Naylor – Springfield School Committee, At-Large
  • Marybeth Costello – Chicopee City Council, At-Large
  • Mimi Panitch – Holyoke City Council, At-Large
  • Nicole Coakley – Springfield City Council, At-Large

Each candidate demonstrated a strong commitment to RAPV’s core advocacy priorities, including Fair Housing, protection of private property rights, and the expansion of access to safe, affordable housing throughout the Pioneer Valley.
