Membership

Membership in the REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV) is open to brokers and salespersons of real estate as well as industry professionals in related businesses. By joining RAPV, the local REALTOR® association, you automatically gain membership to the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (state level) and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Membership Options

REALTOR® Member

Licensed real estate brokers/salespersons who are associated with an established real estate office.

Note:

Before you apply for membership, you must join a brokerage associated with RAPV. New members are required to complete the NAR Code of Ethics and Fair Housing courses and attend an in-person New Member Orientation class within 6 months of application.

Affiliate Member

Membership is for individuals who, while not engaged in the real estate profession, provide related services such as title, mortgage, banks, home inspection, cleaning, insurance, moving, staging, interior design, and more.
