Affiliate Dues & Fees

Yearly Membership with the Realtor® Association of Pioneer Valley is January 1 through December 31. 

Renewing Realtor® and Affiliate members will receive email notifications letting them know their dues bill is posted in their account beginning the first week in October.  Members can then access and pay their dues through the Member Portal

Affiliate Membership Renewal Deadline Update

In accordance with the Bylaws change, adopted by membership on June 13, 2022, the deadline for your annual REALTOR® membership renewal has changed to December 1st. If not paid by December 1st, a late fee of $50 will be assessed to Primary Affiliates and a late fee of $25 will be assessed to Secondary Affiliates on December 2nd

Memberships will be inactivated for nonpayment on January 1st, and a reinstatement fee of $100 will be applied to only Primary Affiliates.

Annual Dues 2025

  • Primary Affiliate Members: $250
  • Secondary Affiliate Members: $110

Payment Options

  • Member Portal – Full Payment Only Using VISA, Mastercard, or American Express
  • Check By Mail – Mail to RAPV office
  • Cash – At the RAPV Office
  • Over the Phone with a Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, or American Express)

Please include your name and NRDS ID# on all checks or cash payments. Members can NOT use multiple forms of payment to pay dues.
