Get ready for the event of the year as we bring back our Celebrity Bartender Fundraiser with a brand-new twist!

This year, we're hopping on the real estate time machine and touring through the decades: from the classics to the newcomers, every era has shaped our industry in its own unforgettable way. Four generations of real estate professionals compete for one ultimate title:

RAPV Eras Tour Champion.

Featuring:

The Foundation Era: the Builders — Team BOOMERS

The generation that built this industry on relationships, reputation, and a whole lot of hustle.

The Bridge Era: the Adapters — Team GEN X

The generation that bridged the gap between old-school and digital — market survivors who know how to get the job done.

The Creative Era: the Transformers — Team MILLENNIALS

The game-changing generation who took technology and transformed how we connect, market, and do business.

The New Era: the Future — Team GEN Z

The AI generation who are bringing fresh ideas, new technology, and a whole new way of thinking to the industry.

Four generations. Four eras. One night. One champion.

HERE'S HOW THE COMPETITION WORKS:

Tip your favorite Era, and every dollar raised counts toward their team's total.

Sport your favorite Era's exclusive friendship bracelet, and every dollar counts as a tip. At the end of the competition:

MOST TIPS WINS.

Our Celebrity Bartenders are ready to take the stage, but the real competition happens before the first drink is poured. Stay tuned for bartender announcements, team reveals, era showcases, and your chance to cheer on your favorite era!

Who will prove their era reigns supreme?

Who will raise the most money?

Who will claim the ultimate bragging rights?

The stage is set. The competition is on. Let the RAPV Eras Tour begin!
