Instructor Peter West will lead the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) class to enhance your skills in pricing properties, mastering CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Take the class for great knowledge and 4 Massachusetts CE credits, or additionally you can earn the NAR PSA certification with application. This course is also an approved elective for the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations if you are going for a designation.
