Pursuant to the REALTOR® Association of Pioneer Valley Bylaws, Article V. Section 2 (c):
"Applicants for REALTOR® membership and non-resident must successfully complete the Association Orientation program within six (6) months from the date of application. If not completed within this period, the applicant must submit a new application for membership, along with all appropriate fees as called for with the initial application, in order to be considered for membership."
Attendance of the Orientation will also fulfill the mandatory National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics requirement and provide you with two (2) hours of continuing education credit.
